When assessing the two solutions, reviewers found SAP SuccessFactors easier to use, set up, and do business with overall. However, reviewers preferred the ease of administration with Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM).
What I like the best about Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Capital Management is the transparency the system offers. We implemented every module in HCM Cloud and it has been a very pleasant and easy transition...from PeopleSoft.
Difficulty in handling customization needed, for instance specific collective barganing provisions when they do not allign with Oracle default settings.
The compensation module is excellent. Employee Central is also quite good.
Our HR systems person referred to this tool as "SucksFactors" during onboarding. I think that says it all...frequent crashes, poor purposeless UI, and very difficult to do seemingly simply tasks.
