When assessing the two solutions, reviewers found them equally easy to use and administer. However, Polymail is easier to set up, while Mixmax is easier to do business with overall.
The tracking system makes it easy to coordinate timely followups, but I love the easy scheduling feature. Setting up meetings that work according to my changing schedule vs. using a system like Calendly that requires me to have set windows of availability...
Frustrating reporting -- finding which email and which sequence has the most opens is very difficult. A/B Testing is almost impossible because of this. I should be able to schedule all emails in a sequence for specific dates and times not just 3 weekdays...
Everything related to tracking, link tracking, read receipts, etc... It's incredible, especially my line of work.
