# What Mixmax feature do you find most useful for maintaining good relationships with leads?

I love personalization when doing lead outreach, but I'm a team of one and can only spread myself so thin. Where can I get the biggest bang for my buck?

Depending on your customers level of engagement, sequences can be quite useful. Particularly if you are trying to start engagement and are gone for a weekend or a few days, it keeps the touches on the lead consistent and on the radar for the prospect.

### Comment 2

Personally , i would say that the templates feature is a very useful tool for maintaining the leads. In fact , you can establish many templates (Forms of emails). Each Templates could include many variables , such as names ; any time you choose a template an empty box appears so that you could change name . You can do this also with dates , tittles , companies names ,...
Good luck
