What I like the best about Microsoft Teams is that I am able to control the computer of a person that I talked to, specially why they really need help about navigating on the program. This really helpful in facilitating the process during the operations.

I like Cisco webex meetnigs because it offers high definition video calls with very effective collaborative capabilities, it helps me to have better contact with my work group and to be better coordinated by sharing profiles and updating minutes.
I dislike the lag. Seems like I have a lot of issues signing onto the service.
