Great for communicating with coworkers and notifying staff when appointments are here.

I like the fact that I can see if someone is online. I can also transfer files to them quickly. But I guess the best feature is being able to quickly look at their information and call them.

Good for communication. Emojis and custom status is good. Best feature is that we can set alert on the people who is not available on seat.

Collaboration across a wide area (ours is statewide.)  I am able to view availability and chat as needed.  Though ours is blocked, it also allows users to share screenshots and collaborate in that way as well.
