I have used Jotform for almost a decade. I think the things I like the most is their ease of use and continuous improvements. I tried multiple other alternatives and Jotform is very easy to use for my clients and keeps adding features.
The thing I disliked about Jotform Sign (and is ultimately the reason I switched to signrequest was the fact that aoth the free account you a very limited to how mnay documents you can send out to be signed.
