I love how upscope is so convenient when it comes to assisting customers and a timely manner
Connecting to the correct user session isn't totally reliable. I've had to say "Sorry, it doesn't seem to be connecting" more times than I'm happy about.
It's amazing to be able to video call with many simultaneously and also for product tutorials to help them sell remotely
They don't support contextual assistance through live chat or role-based access control
