Domino gets you to market faster than anything else. Literally in a few hours a server can be setup - and a fully functioning xpage form application can be capturing data, and passing it through your workflow. - and it scales easily to hundreds of thousands...
This feels old now. With the latest front end technologies etc, and the power of Java, the new apps look and feel rich along with providing the user a much better experience. the Dev time is still the same but with much better outcomes.
I use many Microsoft products and I appreciate the consistency of the interface. The common or similar menus consistently appear in the same places. Also, the help menu is great if you are new to the platform - just search for what you are struggling with...
Archiving the mails. This is still not straight forward method. Setting the archiving of mails and setting rules for mail is still a pain staking tasks. It does'nt allow me to send .exe or executable files as an attachment, i still not able to figure out...
