We needed to set up new templates for specific roles. Reaching out to Xref for help on this was simple; they replied instantly and spent quite some time helping us set up the new templates in our recruitment system.
In the overview page, not much information display. It will be better to have the Internal Ref table. Also it will be good if we are able to edit the candidate's contact details after the request is sent. In the Reference report, Note to candidate and Note...
