What if the email address is the same except has some capitals??? I change it to include the capitals but when I save it reverts the email back to all lower case??

If a candidate discovers that the email they originally entered was incorrect, they can simply re-enter the reference (as if it were a new contact) and ensure that they provide the correct email when doing so.
