I like that Dade is user-friendly. The features and tools are common sense and easy to figure out if you get stuck. I also like that they are quick to respond with customer service.
Very often get messages that there both pix are front of check when not....often gets 'stuck' in a loop of the same message even after retaking...Usually have to exit out of payment to home screen and start over..Very frustrating and unnecessarily...
I like that the worklist keeps my team on track for touching base with our customers on a more frequent and real-time basis...gone are spreadsheets!
The bank integration stopped working over two weeks ago so we have been without the use of the product since then. The support response has been extremely frustrating. The committed resolution time for critical cash application issues is 3 business days....
