A personal inbox, sent folder, drafts folder, and deleted folder would work better for me. **What problems is Billtrust solving and how is that benefiting you?** BillTrust uses procedures which help highlight when there are problems. Partial payments and over payments are easy to find, older invoices will drive the procedure, and it is obvious what procedure the account is in. The customizable dashboard and reports can also assist in highlighting issues or even potential problems. ### 49.
