I find the system a bit clunky and old school. I think the log-ins and portals are a bit out of date - and although I like having the ability to use webcaster - I feel a bit limited.
Encompass is reliable software that is fairly easy to use. I have experienced almost zero lag with the system and everything lives on the home page so it makes it simple.
