I'm using Encompass360 from my carrier starting days and since 2014, it's the best LOS in industry. **What do you dislike about Encompass360?** Encompass has end to end mortgage services intregated in one place and this needs a lot rigorous training and regular update with tedious Learning modules which is time consuming. **What problems is Encompass360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Encompass360 integrated all mortgage related services from Loan Origination, processing, Underwriting, Verification, Appraisal And Flood Certificate, Insurance Policy ordering servicing. User like my can order 3rd party services, title or similar compliance Audit Report by just few clicks that reduces Loan Processing or turn around times. I have experienced almost zero lag with the system and everything lives on the home page so it makes it simple. **What do you dislike about Encompass360?** Encom needs some updating as it looks like software out of the 1990s. I dont like the calendar view because its clunky but thats my biggest gripe with the system as a whole. **What problems is Encompass360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** This software helps us to ring out customers, schedule classes, and schedule trips for our clients all in one system that has been reliable for us to use as a whole. ### 4. This is a very robust software, completely customizable from programming compliance reviews and triggers to customizing user permissions and interfaces. The reporting functions are incredibly comprehensive, and we can make lots of complex custom reports that export as nicely formatted finished reports or export into Excel. There are also many affiliated software programs that can be easily integrated to make this your one-and-done software solution. **What do you dislike about Encompass360?** Because of Encompass360's vast amount of customization and features, it is very complex to set up and maintain. The user interface is excellent, but you need a consulting firm or an in-house administrator to get the most out of this product. Because of the functionality and efficiencies it creates, we found it very worth it regardless of this. I took an admin class through Encompass and can do essential ongoing maintenance, and we have a consulting firm that helps with larger projects associated with the software from time to time. **What problems is Encompass360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Encompass360 has a lot of features that provide comprehensive solutions to our workflow. They have e-folders that help us organize and maintain digital document retention within each file. We utilize its compliance features and programmed many triggers and rules that help automate our workflow and avoid errors. You can connect many functions to this as well such as running closing documents, ordering credit reports or flood certs, and running compliance checks (and much more). ### 5. Greatly helps in communication with present clients or previously closed clients. **What do you dislike about Encompass360?** Encompass can get a little complex, so companies or individual employees might forget all the things that it capable of doing. **Recommendations to others considering Encompass360:** Encompass is more robust than LOS Platforms. It's a little more complex but worth overall. **What problems is Encompass360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Encompass has helped speed up the process of originating and disclosing loan applications. It reminds me of required disclosure dates to keep me in compliance. Helps keeps me in touch with previous clients, so that they come back to me next time they are looking for a mortgage loan. ### 8. There are so many sections on a customer's E360 page that it's awesome to be able to get all the information in one place. **What do you dislike about Encompass360?** It is EXTREMELY SLOW. The system does not update real time, and it also takes way too long to open. If a client calls, it takes an awkwardly long amount of time to open the program. In today's world, it should honestly be as automatic as a website. **What problems is Encompass360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it to store borrower data. Credit, Rates, Contacts, Underwriting, etc. The applications that I take are synced with other CRM's and the calculations are made for me. I do everything within Encompass and it makes me look like I know what I am doing. It builds confidence in me and builds confidence with my borrower. **What do you dislike about Encompass360?** I dislike document loading at times. Sometimes, the loading doesn't occur until after I log out and log back in. **What problems is Encompass360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving getting people qualified to buy a home. Instead of throwing deals on the wall and seeing if they stick, I can get a definite approval using Encompass. ### 13. But you just kinda get used to it... **What problems is Encompass360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Encompass is our lifeline...we are a mortgage company and do our entire book of business in this program. Customization could be a painful experience. With the cloud version now available, financial services companies may not be comfortable storing data at vendor's cloud infrastructure. **What problems is Encompass360 solving and how is that benefiting you?** * We have used Encompass 360 for our client to support Assumptions process in a large bank in North America. * Since no off-the-shelf product was available client went with Encompass 360 as it met most of the requirements.
