I dont like that I cant add them as a clickable arcade in emails and presentations.

You can’t cancel the subscription directly. I had to fill out a Google form, and even 24 hours after submitting it, I didn’t receive any confirmation. When I contacted support via live chat, the agent apologized but still didn’t confirm the cancellation....
