The price. starting at $15/month for what I need, is a little high. I've also used Docusign (similarly priced though not as easy to use, IMO) and Docracy (free for unlimited use, though not as easy to use).

Very little customization or editing of documetns in the program I'd like there to be more functionality in editing and creating templates within the services instead of having to have all documents completed before uploading to the service.
