The price. starting at $15/month for what I need, is a little high. I've also used Docusign (similarly priced though not as easy to use, IMO) and Docracy (free for unlimited use, though not as easy to use).
Constant upgrade of features, simple interface and willingness to listen to customers for future features. Architecture is superior to others in the market. They have consistently kept the platform stable while adding new features on a frequent basis.
