Basically zoho cliq is a useful app you can use for any kind of job company for chat communication, you can have individual chats or even create group chats or channels if you have a group project or if you work in the same department where you need to discuss with your teammates about something more specific of your job. zoho has the great advantage that messages are encrypted, which is really important if you work in an envoroment that is mandatory to keep safe the information, in my personal case i work for a healthcare facility that requires to accomplish with HIPAA rules due to the medical records from our patients. Incredibly, Zoho cliq has everything you love from the most popular chatting apps but in another level, I like being able to tag co workers so they can see my message instantly, also you can share images, videos and files so easy. Basically, we use the workplace to manage tasks and projects, but promoting Zoho Project as a separate tool is quite disappointing. Only offering basic Zoho Project options in the workplace and then forcing workplace users to upgrade to the full project is also frustrating. I believe that having a project and task management tool within Zoho Workspace is essential. I strongly recommend that Zoho integrates Project into the workplace to provide a more comprehensive workplace experience. Without the Zoho project, the workplace is really useless.
