The integrated recruitment capabilities and the ease of scheduling participants, also the ability to chop videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wish the panel pool was bigger, currently I think some competitors have a larger pool set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Userlytics has been an amazing tool for our UX research. It’s easy to use, helps me set up tests quickly, and provides valuable feedback. The video recordings are a great way to see how users interact with our websites, and the insights have been eye-opening.
I love the feature that lets the team join as observers without disrupting sessions—it keeps everyone aligned. As the only UX researcher in a Fortune 500 company, speed is critical for me. Userlytics’ AI summaries for unmoderated sessions save me so much time and make creating topline reports effortless.
The platform is flexible, reliable, and backed by an awesome support team. Highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Surveys are a great feature for quick feedback, but larger sample sizes can take a bit more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simple and easy to use
Good breakdown into three types of tests
Availability of users from all over the world
Quick response from users even in exotic corners of the globe
Detailed reports and analyses, facilitating design decisions based on real data
Easy way to create tests
Advanced filtering options for participants
Great support on the UserLytics side in case of questions or problems
It's easy to rerun the same case or make a copy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. It is not possible to mark several tests (no checbox). This would make it easier to delete or move tests to another project.
2. No possibility to open tests in a new tab from the project level. Having a list of tests you have to open each one manually, then return to the main directory. Being able to open them in tabs would make it quicker to analyse multiple tests.
3. The colours in the multiple choice questions are very similar. When I have two questions ‘Passed’ from ‘Failed’ the colour is very similar for both answers which makes analysis difficult.
Ideally, the colour should be set for specific answers. E.g. example: Passed - green, Failed - red.
4. A useful option would be to be able to sort by the last time the user performed a test

My Customer Success Manager is brilliant. They have continually sought to implement feedback we've given and find ways to help us build upon any projects we've been doing, adding to their value.
They have 10+ self service tests and have added to their assortment, especially ones we've requested. It's fairly easy to use and integrates well with prototype platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They've continually been behind the curve on visualising the data and this is something I've fed back to them openly. However they plan to make a significant improvement in 2025. So the jury is out on this one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The amount of customization and control is remarkable. They provide you with a wide array of templates for tasks, questions and any user ratings you can think of.. all of which can be modified to your specific needs.
The ease of use and virtual lack of any meaningful learning curve was amazing. Also, the speed in which we received our results (in 24hr) was an unexpected and very pleasent surprise.
We plan on performing another market test study with Userlytics in a couple of weeks, and having learned how to best use their platform, I'm convinced this session will be even more productive than the first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honeslty, the platform does exactly what it sets out to acheive.
Having succefully concluded our first beta group study, if anything, we now have a better understanding on how to organize and present the next session to receive even better feedback. 🤷♂️ Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Good panel coverage. Easy-to-use platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Needing to reach out to support to do basic tasks like rescheduling participants or renaming recorded videos if frustrating and slows down the work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform keeps all tests very organized, which is great for a team or a company using the product at an enterprise level. My team runs a lot of repeat tests throughout the year (ex: website homepage every quarter), which is easy to dupliate within the platform and run against various audiences Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The quality of testers isn't always great, they don't always seem to have passed the requirements or qualifying questions at the beginning of the test Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very easy to use and has all of the functionality we need from unmoderated testing to card sorts. The customer service has been top-notch and very responsive. And set-up and administration have been smooth and easy to monitor across projects! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No complaints! It has been positive all around Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How many times have you gotten the call or email, "Hi, I'm Gloria, and I'm going to be taking over the customer service on your account..."? It seems like every few months another new person is going to intimately know your needs and your business.
The exact opposite has been true with Userlytics. We've dealt with the same knowledgeable, responsive, low-pressure professional since day one.
While the technical performance of the platform is A+, the human side of Userlytics is even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's not exactly a downside, but since the UX world seems to have standardized around usertesting.com, it can be a little more challenging to get people immediately up to speed who are more familiar with that platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Big thank you to Lucas for their continued help, nothing is too much to ask and the reply is always speedy! It's enabled us to boost tests and continue user testing at pace, which is vital for our startup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the UX isn't very clear or the UI for the calendar selection, it doesn't feel like it's confirmed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Saved videos, nice tools that help the analysis, good customer support, the platform is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The transcription has a lot of problems when the person has an accent, and since it's used in the IA analysis we can't trust the analysis and we can't use it.
The videos given are very small when the test is on mobile in landscape mode, it's very hard to analyse.
Also there are missing features compared to the conccurents (playtestcloud) I'm frustrated to not be able to to multi-session tests, which means test with the same person multiple times, or longitudinal study, a test that lasts multiple days with the same person.
