## Userfeel Reviews
  ### 1. Excellent tool for observing user interactions, identifying pain points, and collecting feedback.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen M. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

The tester screening questions make it easy to get testers who meet our demographic criteria. Userfeel is an excellent tool that helps improve usability, validates design choices, and ensures our product works well for users.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

Credits are specific to each project and must be moved to another project to be used there. The process for transferring credits wasn’t very clear.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool is excellent for observing real user interactions, identifying pain points, and collecting feedback throughout development. It helps us determine how to improve usability, helps us validate design choices, and ensures the product works well for users.

  ### 2. Lightning-Fast Sessions and Expert Support Made Testing Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philip N. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

The speed in which the user sessions are completed. Also, the expert consultation support you receive when setting up your first test really helped reassure me that the test would run smoothly and effectively (which it did).

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

Nothing comes to mind - it was very straightforward and saved me numerous hours / days compared to setting up a user testing session manually!

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently I am a consultant working on a client's behalf. UserFeel has ensured that my client will be able to make confident decisions in terms of what areas of their website they need to optimise due to real user testing sessions, where friction points are found.

  ### 3. A great tool for running user research efficiently.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jonathan S. | UI/UX Designer and Lead Graphic Designer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

It’s easy to access a diverse panel of contributors from various industries and roles, spread across the globe. The platform offers multiple templates and simple ways to run different types of research. They’re constantly rolling out new features, which really helps with planning and staying ahead. Plus, their customer support has been consistently excellent.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

The quality of contributors on Userfeel has noticeably declined over time. Some participants seem more focused on collecting the incentive than offering meaningful feedback, and a few have even come across as overly aggressive. It feels like the panel could really benefit from a refresh and stronger quality control measures.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userfeel has been incredibly helpful for evaluating our design prototypes and gathering timely feedback. It’s allowed us to assess whether our design direction is clear, understand the perceived value of features, and run user interviews using a variety of built-in templates. We've also been able to conduct early-stage research like information architecture testing and card-sorting exercises with ease.

  ### 4. Easy, Affordable, and Insightful – Userfeel Helped Us Spot UX Blind Spots

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany B. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

Userfeel is incredibly easy to use, even for teams without a UX background. We loved how quickly we could launch a test and get back detailed user feedback. The video recordings were clear, and the users provided thoughtful commentary as they navigated our website. It gave us a firsthand look at what confused or frustrated people—which was exactly what we needed.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

Some testers vary in quality, which is expected with user panels. A few responses lacked depth, but overall, the majority were insightful. We'd also love a few more integrations or reporting options.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were redesigning our homepage and needed to know how first-time visitors experienced it. Userfeel helped us identify unclear CTAs, confusing navigation, and areas where users dropped off—all before we went live. It saved us from costly rework and boosted our confidence in the new design.

  ### 5. Straightforward, Effective, and Insightful – Userfeel Is a Usability Must-Have

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan N. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

Userfeel makes it incredibly easy to gather real, actionable feedback on websites and apps. The platform is intuitive to use, and getting started takes just minutes. We were able to set up tests, target specific demographics, and receive high-quality video recordings from real users—all without any tech headaches. The insights helped us spot UX issues we hadn’t even considered internally.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

While the testing panel is solid, it would be great to have even more advanced targeting options for niche audiences. Not a dealbreaker, but more granularity would be a bonus.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a gut feeling that parts of our website weren't user-friendly, but lacked data to back it up. Userfeel helped us validate assumptions, uncover friction points, and prioritize design improvements based on real user behavior. It saved us time, guesswork, and costly design missteps.

  ### 6. A Must-Have Tool for Any Product-Led Company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jake D. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

As a CEO, I need tools that deliver real insight and real impact—Userfeel does exactly that. It gave us a front-row seat to how users interact with our product, revealing usability issues we would never have caught internally. The platform is simple, efficient, and surprisingly affordable. Watching real people struggle (or succeed) on your site is humbling—and incredibly valuable for improving UX and conversion.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

Some testers vary in engagement and feedback depth, but overall the quality is solid. I’d love to see expanded targeting for very niche user profiles in the future.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were making design decisions based on assumptions and analytics alone. Userfeel added the missing human perspective. It helped us validate design changes, uncover friction in our user flows, and prioritize updates with real user feedback to back them up.

  ### 7. Userfeel is a tool I can't live without as a PMM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan T. | Product Marketing Manager II, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

Speed - insights are delivered quickly

Variety - they offer multiple services

Trust - I like the features they include (i.e. min word count) to ensure you're getting quality results

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

Their pricing model that unlocks screening questions can be cost-prohibitive for SMB organizations

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Userfeel to test new product messaging and web copy updates before we go live. We like to test messaging and web copy updates with prospects who are unfamiliar with our brand and products to ensure it is clear and answers questions they may have. We also use their preference test to see which versions of copy are most compelling.

  ### 8. Excellent Tool for User Experience Research.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah B. | UX Researcher, Financial Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

Userfeel has been such a good tool for me when it comes User research. It’s super simple to set up and share tests, and I love how flexible it is, no matter what kind of research I’m doing, there’s always a test type that fits perfectly

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

The video reel creation could definitely use some improvement—it’s not the most powerful feature but with all this It’s still a must have in any UX researcher's toolkit.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userfeel really helps tackle some major challenges when it comes to improving user experience:

Product development inefficiencies: By weaving user feedback into every stage of the development process, teams can catch issues early and make smarter decisions, ultimately saving time and resources.

Lack of user insights: It gives businesses a way to hear directly from real users as they interact with a product or service, which is incredibly valuable for spotting pain points or uncovering opportunities.

  ### 9. A Useful Tool for User Research

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yanbin H. | User Researcher, Retail, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

It’s super easy to set up usability tests, interviews, or no hassle at all.

You get access to a really diverse group of participants, so you're not stuck testing with the same types of users.

Every session is recorded, transcribed, and packed with analytics, so you can dig deep into the insights.

And best of all? You get feedback fast no long waits to start learning and improving.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

The cost can be a bit tough to justify If you're part of a smaller team, but as for me, I don't see anything to dislike.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding and recruiting participants for usability testing used to eat up so much of my time. But with Userfeel, there's already a diverse pool of users ready to go, so I can skip the long recruitment process and get feedback almost instantly. It’s made gathering insights way faster and way less stressful for me.

  ### 10. An easy and efficient way to connect with participants for user research.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jules O. | Senior UX Researcher, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

We've been able to easily reach highly specific user groups using screener questions and demographic filters on Userfeel. We get all the participants we need in under 12 hours often even faster. It's dramatically streamlined our research process in ways we didn’t think possible.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

Some of the features for quantitative analysis still feel a bit limited. I’m hopeful we’ll see more robust capabilities soon. My only other gripe is the clunky process of creating highlight reels—the workflow could definitely be smoother and more intuitive.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userfeel has significantly accelerated our research process especially when it comes to participant recruitment and test analysis. It’s easily cut our timelines down to a third of what they used to be.

  ### 11. Userfeel makes user research easy and fast

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

Userfeel makes it super simple and fast to gather feedback from real people. I don't have any negative comment.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userfeel has been in a good support to us, it’s helping us really understand what our users want and need. We’re also using it to quickly test our prototypes, so we can spot and fix any usability issues early and make sure everything runs smoothly before we roll out a new update.

  ### 12. Userfeel Made Us See Our Website Through Our Customers' Eyes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mukul G. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

Userfeel gives you direct, unfiltered access to how real users experience your product. The platform is user-friendly, and setting up a test is quick and intuitive. The recorded videos and voice commentary from testers helped us uncover confusing flows, unclear messaging, and friction points we hadn't noticed before. It’s like instant UX clarity.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

Some test participants vary in the depth of their feedback, and a few videos required sifting through to find the most valuable insights. It would also be great to have more advanced filters for selecting very specific tester profiles.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were redesigning parts of our website and had no idea how users were navigating it—or where they were getting stuck. Userfeel helped us validate our assumptions, catch UX issues early, and improve the overall experience before going live. It saved us time, money, and guesswork.

This benefits me by allowing me to participate in meaningful testing tasks, earn extra income, and contribute to enhancing user experiences online. It also provides me with an opportunity to use my insights and opinions to make a tangible impact on website development and user satisfaction.

  ### 33. Testing websites with ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophia A. | Creative Writer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

I like that the testing part was easy and there were clear instructions on how to navigate through the site.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

What I don't like is that I have not received a paid test even though I passed my qualification test with a 5/5 rating.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, if I can get paid tests on a regular basis, it would definitely be solving financial problems.

  ### 34. Intuitive, Pay-as-you-go User Testing Service

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

My organization has worked with several user testing platforms in the past. Two things that stood out to me about Userfeel immediately:

(1) Their pay-as-you-go option. This enables you to launch a single (or very small number) of user tests without needing a subscription, at a flat rate. This was perfect for our small scale needs for a recent project.

(2) The ability to easily navigate the platform and launch my user tests without the need for support or a call with their product or sales team. Given our tight timelines, I needed the option to launch tests and receive feedback quickly. In the past, a sales call has stood between me and the ability to do this, and getting this scheduled has taken up valuable time. Because the system is intuitive, I also didn't need to reach out for any kind of support, but rather was able to build and launch the tests on my own.

And Userfeel having their own available testers to assign to my tests is one additional perk that's important for an organization like mine.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

The features available in the unmoderated user tests I launched were more than I actually needed in this particular situation. We've built a library of automated assessments, and all we need at this time is assessment completions so that we can begin analyzing the performance data on the backend.

While my organization has benefitted from having video recordings and user commentary in the past, all we needed in this scenario was completions, so some of the features have been superfluous.

A scaled down testing option (at a lower price point) would have really made this experience a home run for me.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team has developed an extensive library of automated skills assessments, and in order to conduct reliability and validity analyses on these assessments, we need to recruit a set number of completions per assessment. We've tried and struggled with recruiting completions on our own in the past, so having a system with a pool of users (aligned to needed demographics) is a great benefit to us. Through Userfeel, we can engage users in completing our assessments, to gather their data for analysis on the backend.

  ### 38. Quick turnaround and quality participant panel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark J. | Freelance User Experience Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

The pay as you go model is crucial for someone like myself who is running a small business. It's inexpensive to run usability test studies, I can do these on my own terms, and the value for money is excellent. I've been impressed with how quickly the tests are completed and the quality of the participants. I've recently run three studies on the platform and all 15 of the participants who took part in the studies provided clear and informative feedback, that has helped us to iterate on the prototype effectively.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

I think the screening process could be improved. It only allows you to accept or reject participants. It would be useful to have the option for a potential participant to select multiple options on a screener question, with 'Must select' and 'May select' acceptance criteria. I've experienced this on other platforms and it does help to narrow down the participants to those that better reflect the audience you would ideally be testing with.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's an inexpensive way for me to run usability test studies on client projects where I don't have a huge budget, and only require it at sporadic periods of the project lifecycle.

  ### 39. It a very easy a straight forward app!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

I really liked how easy it was to get started, the steps were clear and offered plenty of explanation as I went. I found the product training with Anthony reassuring and an opportunity to ask any final questions before running the test.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

Nothing to dislike, I would recommend anyone to try Userfeel if they are looking for a simple and fast way to get user feedback without the upfront subscription costs of other products.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userfeel made is easy for me to reach out to new users to test our sign up and onboarding journeys.

  ### 41. Great experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

Clear and concise platform. Response time for customer support is good and ease of implementation.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

I haven't experienced any negatives with Usefeel.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userfeel solves customer experiences which may hinder website traffic and ease of use for websites and APPS. Helps add value to companies and makes customer experience better especially with time constraints.

  ### 42. Quick and easy way to get user feedback

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

It's easy to gather real user feedback. No need to hire an agency or organize offline feedback sesions. I really value I can do it online

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

Sometimes quality of the tester is not high, meaning they seem not to fit within the target audience. Other than demographics, you can only filter out users based on pre-screening questions, and it seems like people are not always honest.
Also, some users provide their general thoughts rather than aswering the especific questions.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping to improve my user acquisition funnel, specially landing pages

  ### 43. Easy and fast insights

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Timon v. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2023

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

It's easy to setup a test, you're guided through it and it's just a super quick way to get feedback on things! If you would setup a similar test yourself where you have to physically meet or make appointments with users to test, it takes days. Where now you have results in only a few hours! The whole process just makes it easy and quick to make actual improvements to your product!

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

The whole user infterface feels a bit cluncky; it's not that it doesn't work it just doesn't feel finished in a way.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's hard to find and schedule fitting respondents for a test. This just takes that whole thing away!

  ### 44. Excellent service to test websites

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claudiu C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

Userfeel stands out for its user-friendly interface and comprehensive functionality. The platform enables quick and efficient user testing, providing actionable insights that are crucial for website optimization. The diverse pool of testers from various demographics and regions ensures that the feedback is well-rounded. Additionally, the real-time video recordings and annotations offer an invaluable perspective into the user journey, making it easier to pinpoint areas of improvement. The dashboard and reporting tools are intuitive, simplifying the analysis of results. Overall, Userfeel proves to be a valuable tool for any business looking to enhance their user experience.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

While Userfeel offers a robust platform for user testing, there are areas that could benefit from refinement. For one, the onboarding process for new users might seem a tad overwhelming due to the multitude of features. A more guided or interactive tutorial could alleviate this. Additionally, while the diverse tester pool is advantageous, the platform could improve in providing more specific targeting or filtering options for testers based on certain niche criteria. Occasionally, there might be slight delays in receiving test results, which could affect project timelines for businesses operating under tight schedules. Integrations with other tools or platforms could also be expanded to cater to a wider range of workflow needs.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Userfeel identifies usability issues on my website by providing real-time feedback from actual users. This aids in enhancing the user experience, reducing bounce rates, and optimizing conversion paths, leading to better user retention and increased sales.

  ### 45. Easy Terms - Easy Interface

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

It was very easy to use, and share the results within the organization.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

The transcripts need some work. I would like to also do some tree testing someday.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our organization creates untested design based on opinions and creeative ideas. User testing helps us discuss what is actually useful to our users.

  ### 46. A good platform with many options to personalise

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

Flexibility of testing options.
Much TBC as waiting on test to be fulfilled.
Customer support on LiveChat.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

Not being able to do multiple demographics within one test, adds admin but doesn't take too long so not a major issue.
No heat maps.
Taking far longer than discussed to get tests completed - needed the results by now.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer journey

  ### 47. Easy to use platform, great insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

I can create specific segments for my test

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

I would like to be able to set more robust demographics

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're understanding brand perception and how people value different attributes. It's important for brand building

  ### 48. Was fun

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krezcely B. | Jr. Executive Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

I think it's easy to use and fun to test

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

Takes time to send new testing but worthwhile

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help by making apps easier for people to use by testing this with other ordinary people

  ### 49. Good solution for fast user feedback

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jason G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

It was easy to sign up and create a test. The pricing is "pay as you go," so it was easy to buy one test to evaluate the service. I had used tools like this before so that certainly made it easier for me. But it worked just as I expected, which was nice. The pricing is affordable, too. We are a small company, and prices offered by usertesting.com and others were way, way out of our budget.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

I can't review or update my payment method via their interface. This is minor but is an opportunity for improvement. For some reason I keep getting notified that my card was declined, but I can't check on that via Userfeel. I was told to reach out to Stripe, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that. Integrating Stripe with Userfeel will make this experience better for their customers.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Testing new and existing designs with users that are not familiar with our products allows us to optimize the experience and convert more users to paying plans. By testing prototype designs in Figma, we can save development resources by nailing down an experience we know works prior to building it.

  ### 50. Great customer support, but wish it wasn't so necesssary

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2023

**What do you like best about Userfeel?**

Mina helped me through so many challenges of using the platform, thank God for her. I got enough data for my study. The actual functionality is pretty cool, and it's always helpful to see people walk through your prototypes.

**What do you dislike about Userfeel?**

I was contacting Mina every day I was using this platform because there was so much I didn't know about how it worked. Like the credits situation. Also, I think some bugs miscounted my finished sessions and led to participants being unable to take the survey when I still had available slots.

**What problems is Userfeel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to watch people click through our app screens and give us feedback. We got that info after a semi-confusing setup and test monitoring process. It has helped us shape the next round of testing for our product.
