For me, it was useful to embrace the structure of interviews in TalVista’s framework. Designating certain questions that directly relate to the job made it possible to set a high probability that various hiring managers would be impartial in their assessment. There are cases when some of the skills or experience marked as key competencies in the resume are removed together with personal data.
