I like about TalVista’s feasibility of the structured interview feature. This helps me and the interviewer be focused and makes sure all the right questions related to candidates are asked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The redaction feature in TalVista seems to be a work in progress which has not been fully developed. It conceals simple personal details which do not advance much. I would prefer not to reveal the names of schools and previous companies either . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For me, it was useful to embrace the structure of interviews in TalVista’s framework. Designating certain questions that directly relate to the job made it possible to set a high probability that various hiring managers would be impartial in their assessment.
