Quality of creators has started to diminish a bit. Not necessarily the quality of the individuals (although that can be the case), rather the quality of final assets. We know our parent company has steep and strict standards for campaign briefs, but it's become quite a heavy lift to chase creators to ensure all points of the briefs are met.
