## About #paid
#paid is a creator marketplace that connects vetted creators with the world’s most recognizable brands, like McDonald’s, Sephora, Samsung, and Disney. Together, creators and marketers collaborate and measure entire creator marketing campaigns in a centralized and integrated experience. The company empowers creators to do what they love, and brings trust to the creator ecosystem with proprietary technology solutions to large category problems, like fair pricing, algorithmic matching, and automated content usage rights that create true omni-channel creator marketing. Rather than rely on vanity metrics and influencers, #paid focuses exclusively on creators—and measures their impact on fundamental business performance metrics. The company is rated #1 for its customer support and managed services, and powers marketing teams and content creators from offices in Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Miami.

## #paid Reviews
  ### 1. Great experience as a beginner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

We chose #paid for two main reasons. First, we like the whitelisting option; those ads have worked really well for us. Second, as beginners in the creator space, we felt they would offer the most support to help us get started, despite our small test budget. This also proved to be true. We had regular calls with our account manager and she was always available for follow-up questions in between.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

The base platform cost is steep for our small-ish budget and pulls from what we spend on creator engagements and paid media. However, our account manager provided options for the months when we were less active to make it more affordable.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#paid helps simplify the process of finding and engaging with creators truly interested in promoting our products. We like the "hand raise" system and that we're able to receive content proposals from the creators. We are very new in the creator space and have appreciated the consultation our account manager provides.

  ### 2. Best website to find high-quality, high-paying jobs as a creator!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

I love that we are able to set our own rates and the brands never try to negotiate to a lower rate. You know as the creator going into a collaboration that you are going to be fairly compensated. Not only that, #paid constantly has high-quality brands offering well-paying work and the communication stream is always seamless! I love you #paid!

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

Once you get a good understanding of how the platform works and the steps you need to take in each collaboration, there is very little to dislike! There is a slight learning curve, as with anything new, but once you get the hang of it, #paid truly provides a seamless journey from concept to post.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#paid solves the problem of constantly having to look for new campaigns, seek out the information for brand representatives, craft outreach emails and negotiate rates, amongst many other tasks associated to working as a content creator

  ### 3. Easy to communicate with #Paid and Brand Reps

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Topher P. | Editor-In-Chief, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

Simple to use: the platform is straightforward, communication between #Paid reps and brand reps is easy, details on deals are transparent and submission of content is easy.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

There are a limited amount of campaigns you can actually submit for. You only really use it when you're invited to apply for campaigns and when you're engaged in a campaign.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is bringing together brands that are more related to your brand for a potential partnership. When we get invited to apply for a campaign, we've already been narrowed down as a potential candidate, so it's not like a random creator with nothing in the niche applying for a campaign unrelated to their brand.

  ### 4. Excellent way to get UGC content! Great customer service and communication

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexa F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

I like how easy it is to set up a campaign and search through potential creators! #Paid has been the best way for us to get UGC content that works for our audience.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

The only thing I wish #paid would update is the concepts tab. I often feel like it is unclear to the creators that they must submit a concept before they produce any content.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#Paid is helping us to connect with our audience by finding new influencers that provide quality content. We have seen incredible results with the creators found on #paid. We struggled for a while to gain any traction on instagram and tiktok and now #paid is helping us connect to our audience more than ever before.

  ### 5. AMAZING OPPORTUNITY FOR CREATORS!!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abby K. | Owner, Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

Connecting with so many brands that I wouldn't have been able to obtain contact information for otherwise and having a platform means of communication for consistency.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

Brands tend to have EXTREME specifics and aren't as flexible as they are outside of a platform because they are paying more through the platform so in turn they want "more for their money"

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication gaps between creators and brands by having access to online support when a problem or issue arises.

  ### 6. Support is always great and the campaigns are always fun to work on.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

I like the platform because it makes it easy to see what is required in each campaign, and the support is always there when needed. I always love working with Hashtag Paid.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

I don't have anything negative to say. Every campaign and experience I've had has always gone great, and if I ever have any questions about the work I'm currently doing, I can get help immediately.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting brands with creators has been great for me because I'm always looking for new brands to work with. Having the ability to see the campaign requirements written down and easy to understand has been excellent.

  ### 7. Great website to find creators for content

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Britney D. | Clinical Dietitian, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

I've been on both sides using #paid. I've submitted campaigns and selected creators in my price range to create content for my company, which has been great. I heard back right away and most creators were super helpful. I've also completed some UGC and in-feed videos for companies, which has been nice. There are not a lot of campaigns anymore, so I'd like to have more opportunities, but overall this is a great platform to use.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

Limited campaigns and now moving toward more tiktok only content

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding opportunities can be difficult and #paid allows me to work with brands and get paid for my time spent

  ### 8. Only good experiences with #paid.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela L. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

I like that the humans behind #paid respect your rates and are great at communicating with you. The approval process is seamless and everything just feels easy.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. I always thought it would be nice to see the campaigns/clients they have so I could apply instead of them always reaching out to me, but I believe they just changed this as I have received two emails sharing current opportunities they have (with the ability to apply).

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help with eliminating a lot of the back and forth that I experience via email. They have the campaigns outlined so clearly, the ability to change rates easily and chat with people who have all the answers!

  ### 9. I've had a super positive experience working with brand direct and #Paid led campaigns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sydney M. | Marketing Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2022

**What do you like best about #paid?**

From the amazing campaign managers to the awesome brands, I don't have one negative thing to say. I love love love this platform!

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

nothing! Maybe quicker payouts, but #paid is quicker than most platforms i've used.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting to brands I otherwise wouldn't have a chance at working with! Also, for the #paid led campaigns, it's so seemless in the communication process. They are there for you every step of the way.

  ### 10. #Paid x Zhané

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zhané S. | Associate, Youth Engagement, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

Paid is such a seamless platform to use. From my initial sign up, to opting in, to working with brands. I have gotten more opportunities through #Paid than any other platform.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

Sometimes the wait times between opting in and hearing back from a brand can be a little daunting. I think knowing why some brand have decided to not go with a creator and give feedback would be great.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#paid is solving the problem of hunting for brands. It's way easier for my profile to be curated to the brands that want me instead of me shooting in the dark.

  ### 11. I've had a great experience over the past couple year

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark M. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

#paid allows you to apply for and work with great brands on a trusted platform with a team that helps guide you through the whole process. So whether you're new to the platform or have been a long-time user, it's super easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

You can't block offers from brands you aren't going to be interested in working with. For example, I don't work with liquor brands but still get requests to work with them often.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many brands don't allow you to pitch them directly as they don't have marketing/social content teams in-house, so #paid bridges that gap, allowing the potential for more campaigns.

  ### 12. #Paid Review - Emily, Ellen, Delaney, Lisa, and Nina!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanie F. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

I love the guidance and advocacy afforded by the team, as well as the detailed Creator Briefs. It's also very helpful to have #Paid team members with quick response times, as well as honesty. It feels as though I am better able to meet client needs by having an honest party liaising between the creator and the company. The applications are easy to complete and compensation is fair and transparent. There's lots to like!

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

I wish there was more transparency on why creators weren't selected for campaigns. There are times that I feel I would be perfectly suited for a campaign based on needs, demographics, etc but be passed over for campaigns.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#Paid is sourcing clients and matching them with suitable content creators. This saves me time as I do not need to "cold contact" potentially businesses for partnerships, and it saves companies time by having #Paid find authentic influences with legitimate social media following to advertise the brands needs.

  ### 13. My preferred creator platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lena A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

The campaigns are well organized, leaving practically no room for error. They are respectful when it comes to rates, deliverables and timelines. Best of all, the account managers are responsive and easy to reach.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

From time to time, the automated demographic search can be too specific and may exclude creators (for example, not sending an opt-in email to a creator who has 49K followers instead of 50K).

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#paid presents a detailed brief with expectations, which makes my life easy as a content creator. I also appreciate that I have a chance to set my own rates, so I know that if a collaboration is accepted, I will be paid my worth.

  ### 14. Very user friendly and easy to navigate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candace H. | President & Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

I love how user friendly the platform is. Everything is easy to find and it's easy to submit content.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

I wish the payment feature was easier to find. I had to dig under account settings to find my pending payments, which I don't think is the right category for that.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me a place to actually submit content instead of having to fill my Google Drive space to submit it. It's also keeping things more streamlined between myself and the influencer project manager.

  ### 15. Really solid experience! Massive ROI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

Great client success team and super seamless process working with creators. Whitelisting did a lot better than I thought. We found that it was 2.3x more profitable than running ads through the brand handle.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

The cost is quite a bit when you factor everything in so it isn't that accessible for every brand. Other than that I don't really have any other complaints with it really

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted to test out whitelisting and heard about the platform so gave it a go. We also wanted more content to use so this was a perfect solution to that as when you scale up you always need more content

  ### 16. So easy to work with!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

Collabs are super easy to find and they're great with communication. I'd recommend to everyone!

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

Nothing, everything was great! The only feedback is it would be great if we could pitch to brands but I do love that collaborations are sent directly to my inbox

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Paid has made it very easy to not only find but also keep track and manage influencer collaborations and content creation

  ### 17. Great experience working with Paid

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica L. | Social Media Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2022

**What do you like best about #paid?**

I liked the flow of communication. To me, communication is the most important aspect of a campaign. My point of contact, Jenn, was super responsive and always helpful when I needed any assistance or clarification.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

I do most of my correspondence through email, so the one downside was that all communication had to happen on the chat feature of the site. I prefer to just use email.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't encountered any problems (or any I can think of off the top of my head), but overall, the work experience was #paid was very positive.

  ### 18. Some dislikes but overall LOVE #paid.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

I love how you get a chance to actually pitch yourself / share ideas you have for a specific campaign. Plus, you can put in your own rates! I think it's super important to be able to have direct communication with someone from the brand or the person managing it so I love how there's the chat feature.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

I've had issues with communication and I feel like there's always a lag time of a campaign being marked as completed meaning the payment date gets pushed back. I also wish there were more collab opportunities in the healthy food and fashion space.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it's really allowing creators to authentically pitch themselves and put in their actual rates and value for the work they create!

  ### 19. #paid is a great platform for creators!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isa C. | Content Creator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

I have been using #paid for years now and I have found really great partnerships with them, like Free People. The platform is easy to use and the team is always available.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

I would love to see the #paid dashboard updated, it's been the same since I started with them. Also, I have noticed most of my recent collabs include whitelisting which I personally do not prefer.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me discover and match with brands that need content creators for campaigns. I would not know about these campaigns if it were not for #paid. It opens up many opportunities for me!

  ### 20. #paid helps me get jobs and get paid!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlo S. | Blogger, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

The platform is very easy to use, has a ton of opportunities and supports creators. The #paid team is proactive, always available, and truly cares about its creators.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

The one concern I have with #paid is that upon signing a partnership you automatically grant the brand rights to the content for 1 year. You're advised in advance and asked to submit a rate that's appropriate for such but I wish that wasn't the standard.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#paid is sending me partnerships so I don't have to hunt for them. I like the idea of being offered opportunities and submitting myself for them if I feel fit.

  ### 21. #paid review

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

I liked the messaging on the platform. I was able to get assistance both from #paid and the brand.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

Some instructions were unclear. I submitted my work to a brand but didn't realize I had more to do on my end. Took some messages back and forth to figure it out.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Finding brands to work with to do UGC campaigns

  ### 22. I highly recommend #Paid.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taylor C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

It's great and easy to use. I have had great communication with the employees and brands I have worked with. I enjoyed all the campaigns I have worked on and will continue to partner with them.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

Nothing. I guess I wish there were more campaigns. Since I have had nothing but good experience with the platform, brands and employees. Will recommend to friends.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps connect me with brands and campaigns that fit my socials. They also help me work out deals that are clear with what content I'm working with, rates and exclusivity.

  ### 23. Influencer Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikki Z. | Enterprise Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

The help and insights of how much I should be charging for each piece of content and the way you help manage the relationship between the brands and influencers to have a smooth process.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

Sometimes brands ask for really tight deadlines then they take forever to get back to you on feedback or posting, it would be great to know timelines ahead of time and open communication with the brands

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridging the gap between influencer and brands to find more deals and contracts that results in a much greater pay out for my work than other platforms I've used

  ### 24. Much easier way to source influencers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meredith A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

It saves me time and energy. I don't have to spend time finding the right influencers to rep my products and working up my own contracts.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

I feel like there could be more structure about penalties for submitting late content. Some of the influencers I've worked with have been late with deliverables.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows my brand to source more credible content featuring real people trying the products and giving their honest reviews. This has made review solicitation easier and given my brand's digital channels and websites more compelling content.

  ### 25. A platform above the rest!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris W. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

The #Paid interface is incredibly easy to navigate and the process is very straight forward.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

Payment over a month after completion of collaboration, but otherwise no issues!

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#Paid matches content creators with brands and/or campaigns that make sense, rather than applying as a total shot in the dark.

  ### 26. Easy and precise.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenneth S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

It was easy to communicate with the brand and upload content.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

I wish payments were received more quickly after the campaign

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#paid is connecting content creators to credible brands. Allowing creators to work with reputable brands and solidify details all through the #paid app. #paid also recommends collaborations that they think will be a good fit based on previous collabs.

  ### 27. It was an max experience with really incredible people.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abbey O. | Bag room employee, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

It was super easy to work with them. They made every step of the process very comfortable and without stress. Any problem I had they worked with me to solve.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

I have nothing bad to say they were amazing.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They made it super easy to connect with brands so I could create content for them!

  ### 28. Great and quick service and feedback!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

I love #paid because it is extremely easy to use and to get feedback for collaborations! The whole process is very user friendly for someone who isn't extremely technologically savvy.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

My least favorite thing about #paid is the wait time that it takes to actually get paid. It is usually over the normal net30. I think creators would prefer to be paid quicker if possible!

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's making it a lot easier for me to secure paid collaborations without the typical back and forth between brands and content creators. I like that you can set steadfast rates!

  ### 29. I’ve received awesome opportunities through #Paid !

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordyn B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

I think #paid is super helpful in offer quality collaborations with brands with good values and great products and services. The upsides are that it is very organized and the team is great with communicating in all aspects!

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

Downsides since they do offer super great quality campaigns they are more limited in opportunities than other platforms.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#paid helps in communicating with brands directly and collecting and array of opportunities and that benefits me because I am able to skip that step and be provided the opportunity directly!

  ### 30. Hien Pham's #paid review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hien P. | Influencer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

I like that brands reach out to you for collaborations, the brads are always large and well known. The brands always have a great budget and do not low ball influencers.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

Collaborations are few and far between, which is the biggest downside.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

#paid reduces the need for me to reach out to brands. I enjoy that the brand reaches out to me when they believe I am a good candidate. I do not have to spend time vetting a brand, i know they are all great brands.

  ### 31. Tourism Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

They provide you with collaborations that you would be a good fit or meet criteria rather then scrolling and reading through multiple listings

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

It be nice if the main page was updated more regularly with partner or past work.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Connecting you with brands within your niche making the partnership better

  ### 32. Great way to start brand deals

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2023

**What do you like best about #paid?**

The way they facilitate everything. They act as a bridge between the client and the creator and make the process seamless. They also are great at answering questions.

**What do you dislike about #paid?**

Maybe just the brand heading in another direction but that's not really #paid's fault. Maybe having categories for different brands to select creators from ie. wellness, fashion etc.

**What problems is #paid solving and how is that benefiting you?**
