The Pipedrive is the tool that I have the most ease in teaching to use for my new salespeople, besides I had to use its support a few times and in all of them my problem was solved quickly or I was given an alternative way to do what I wanted, I use it every day and if it went offline today my team would be without records (including, I think I'm going to make a backup), I use today only the sales funnel resources and automations, in addition to the insights for daily activity tracking. At a time when I was heavily working on making my Pipedrive as automated as possible, I found some barriers within more complex automations that I would like to have, in addition, I wanted to be able to see the number of open deals by company within the Pipedrive, but this is only possible by extracting an XLSX and doing it myself, I also don't like the project tracking interface and the pre-sales part of it, I've been using other tools to do it for myself. It is the most user friendly CRM i have ever used. From importing data to manually keying in information, it is just simple. It is a tool that we use everyday that helps us achieve our goals. It was also very easy to set up. We utilize Teams integration, Ring Central integrations and are looking to add more. I implemented this myself as a salesperson. The many bugs found in many features, support are not trained enough to know how to resolve issues or ot use teh CRMs features from a real end user perspective, and require extensive work on the customers part to report issues, often again and again as issues dont get resolved.
