What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Having the information available, in a history format (notes, emails, calls, etc.). I don't need to remember stuff, when somebody calls, I can go to Pipedrive and see in seconds where that deal is at, the latest interactions.

Setting up reminders & followups, reserving time directly on my calendar.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Management of contacts, all information is kept in Pipedrive.

Pipeline of deals, all data related to specific deals is kept in the same platform, in an easy to access and easy to share between teammembers or when somebody leaves the team.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

- easy first steps and set-up

- well structured FAQ and videos for onboarding

- modular offer: you only pay the functionalities you need (and can even chose to give access to specific features like project management to only parts of the team)

- Automations and AI features help gain in productivity

- great options to integrate with other tools in use (slack, mailchimp, Google Suite, ...)

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I can integrate several tools that are key in my day-to-day, from my website, my calendar, my email, my Zoom platform, my work team, I can generate reports on my performance, it is truly powerful and the virtue it has is that it is very intuitive, easy to apply or execute. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The Pipedrive is the tool that I have the most ease in teaching to use for my new salespeople, besides I had to use its support a few times and in all of them my problem was solved quickly or I was given an alternative way to do what I wanted, I use it every day and if it went offline today my team would be without records (including, I think I'm going to make a backup), I use today only the sales funnel resources and automations, in addition to the insights for daily activity tracking. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

At a time when I was heavily working on making my Pipedrive as automated as possible, I found some barriers within more complex automations that I would like to have, in addition, I wanted to be able to see the number of open deals by company within the Pipedrive, but this is only possible by extracting an XLSX and doing it myself, I also don't like the project tracking interface and the pre-sales part of it, I've been using other tools to do it for myself. What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

It is the most user friendly CRM i have ever used. From importing data to manually keying in information, it is just simple. It is a tool that we use everyday that helps us achieve our goals. It was also very easy to set up. We utilize Teams integration, Ring Central integrations and are looking to add more. I implemented this myself as a salesperson. Any time I have an issue; I can jump on the chat and have that issue handled within minutes. Would highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

There isn't much I dislike. I would say it would be nice to be able to run some formulas in the insights section to get a better idea of a close ratio and things like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is refreshingly simple to use. The pipeline view is visually intuitive, and moving deals between stages is seamless. It keeps my sales process organized without feeling overwhelming. The automation features like email follow-ups and activity reminders help ensure I never miss a lead. It’s one of the few CRMs that feels like it’s made for actual salespeople, not just data input. What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The app. If the app had the same features like able to track open views of emails and links that would make this over the top. The app feels half finished. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The many bugs found in many features, support are not trained enough to know how to resolve issues or ot use teh CRMs features from a real end user perspective, and require extensive work on the customers part to report issues, often again and again as issues dont get resolved. Recommendations to others considering Pipedrive:

If you have the budget then bigger companies have better offerings, but for its pricepoint, if you can handle the bugs, pipedrive is sufficent for a small team, however, if your running a big team and trying to use pipedrive, i would suggest there are better solutions as we notice issue after issue with consistent use in a effective sales envirotnment and there is poor support to resolve those issues. What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I’ve been using Pipedrive CRM for a while now, and I have to say, it’s hands down one of the easiest, quickest, and most effective CRMs I’ve ever used. The interface is incredibly intuitive, which means I don’t have to waste time figuring out how things work. Everything is laid out clearly, and it's simple to navigate, even for someone who isn’t super tech-savvy.

What really sets Pipedrive apart is its speed. From adding contacts to managing deals, everything happens quickly without the usual lag or complicated processes. It helps me stay on top of my sales pipeline effortlessly and without getting bogged down in unnecessary features.
