En nuestra empresa, dimos un gran salto cualitativo al empezar a utilizar Phrase Strings. Nos ha permitido optimizar la gestión multilingüe de nuestro producto y lo usamos diariamente. Un gran avance con respecto a cómo lo gestionábamos anteriormente.
Es una herramienta intuitiva para el trabajo diario y con muchas posibilidades aún sin explorar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
La implementación ha sido larga al tener que adaptar nuestro código a Phrase y aún sentimos que tiene mucho margen de mejora en ciertos detalles para el uso diario (filtros, integraciones, la base terminológica, conexión entre proyectos, mejora de analíticas), pero, aún así, en nuestro trabajo diario es más que suficiente.
No obstante, creemos que el precio es bastante elevado, no sale barato. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

its intuitive interface and robust features that streamline the localization process. It makes managing translations efficient and collaborative, especially with its support for multiple file formats and integration capabilities. The real-time translation suggestions and context previews are particularly helpful for maintaining accuracy and consistency across projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Phrase Localization Platform is highly efficient, I find that some of the advanced features can be a bit complex to navigate for new users. Additionally, the pricing structure could be more flexible to better accommodate smaller teams or projects. Occasionally, there are minor delays in syncing integrations, which can disrupt workflow. I have been working with Phrase for over 7 years now and I absolutely love its user-friendly interface, also the fact that it is a very complete tool for translating and managing translation projects, which makes it ideal for group work and collaboration. It offers all we need and keeps improving and adding updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of anything I dislike about it, honestly. I keep on choosing Phrase because it is a great tool for me, and I do not expect that to change if it keeps improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Phrase for around 10 years on a daily basis and it continues to be my favorite tool for maninging translation projects and for translating as well.
Overall, it is a very complete platform as I find all the functions needed to work on translation projects and also a user-friendly platform. I have the chance to experience it as a linguist and also as a project administrator and I keep on choosing it for my projects. Customer support has always been very kind and quick to reply when I had specific queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only downside I found is the QA function, I think close attention, more development and much more effort and work are needed on that aspect, currently it makes me waste more time ignoring false positives than the help it provides. Feel free to contact me and ask for specific examples of this issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Phrase for almost a decade (when it was named "Memsource"). It is easy to use and intuitive, and you can easily translate projects. It supports Right-to-left Languages, which is a great feature, and Tags can be added easily, so there is there is no confusion here. The QA process is decent and you can understand the platform once you use it. I use it now daily since I have multiple clients using it and I honestly prefer it over the alternative this the online platform is the easiest to use among the rest. It would be great if there were a way to find out which account belongs to which client! In other words, I have six clients using Phrase, each with a different username and password. When I get a link to log in to work on it, I need to remember which username/password I need to use to log in for this particular project. It is even more complicated when they all use variations of "my email+year" or "provide_my email" where I need to log in and out multiple times to find the correct account.
I really don't know how this can be resolved, but it would be an amazing feature if there is a way to fix this issue! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about the Phrase Localization Platform is its intuitive interface combined with powerful functionality. It simplifies the localization process with tools like in-context editing, a robust translation memory, and seamless integration with MT. It makes teamwork efficient, and the platform's support for multiple file formats ensures flexibility. Its analytics also provide valuable insights into the progress and quality of translations, making it an indispensable tool for any localization team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there’s nothing I dislike about Phrase Localization Platform. It delivers a seamless and efficient localization experience, with a user-friendly interface, robust features, and excellent integrations. The platform consistently meets the needs of both small and large-scale projects, making it a reliable choice for localization efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Several translation agency clients of mine are sending me work via Phrase. The features seem to be entirely comparable to those of Trados, with the ease of use of logging in on any machine and in any browser. Therefore, this makes it easy for me to work on the move when I might not be using a computer with Trados installed. Overall, I find the design of the interface highly effective. I have not had the occasion to contact Phrase customer support. This reflects the fact that the platform is generally very robust and reliable. I would certainly recommend it to any organization and I believe that as a freelance translator, Phrase has helped me to receive a higher volume of work from certain clients that prefer to use it. Better yet, I don't have to pay anything, unlike Trados for example which often has costly updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally, it will freeze for a while or start running slowly when moving between lines, but this is likely to be a browser or connectivity issue. I have only ever seen it crash completely once in hundreds of usage sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently had the opportunity to use the Phrase Localization Platform as a voluntary translator for Translators Without Borders (TWB), and I couldn’t be more impressed. This software offers a user-friendly interface that makes it easy to navigate through projects, which is crucial when working on time-sensitive translations for humanitarian causes.
One of the standout features is its robust translation memory, which not only speeds up the process but also ensures consistency across different documents. The ability to create and manage glossaries has been invaluable, especially when dealing with specific terminology related to various fields.
Overall, Phrase Localization Platform has significantly enhanced my productivity and accuracy as a translator. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their translation workflow, whether for professional use or volunteer projects like those at TWB, and I am truly considering obtaining it for my freelance work as an English-Spanish translator. I have not found a feature that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a Customer Support, I have to handle both teams' needs and the best customer experience. How Phrase is helping the most:
- Easily keep on track of the changes on translations as simple as "to be translated" or "verified"
- Use Google translate to automize the first version of the translations
- Use keys to localize easy the translations in your app and show related cases according to the key
- See every change, description, suggestion in one app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With longer text, it's harder to see the whole case overview to do the proper translation - you need to scroll back and forth. Being able to switch to the fullscreen (or half screen) option would be very beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
