I did not like the start up at first because it was a little slow transitioning but once it was up and going I love it now. I do not know how we ever functioned without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there is a bug or issue logging in, however it can't be fixed right away since it is cloud already. But with the help of knowledgeable technical support, you don't have to worry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Oracle Field Service Cloud?

It makes the techs in the field have an easier time navigating the customer experience. It allows us to combine all the different systems used for our customer data in a one stop shop for the field techs and their managers to view the data.
