What do you like best about MightyCall?

Selecting a new number is quick and easy. Setting up a caller ID and text messaging was pretty straightforward as well. When I had questions on these topics, the customer service team provided great support.

I also like the call forwarding can be setup to call multiple people or a group AND have all of their phone ring simultaneously.

It is affordable, or at least, much cheaper than Ring Central.

The Customer Support team is EXCELLENT. They respond quickly and are effective.

What do you dislike about MightyCall?

My least favorite thing is the iphone app. Is it clunky to me. It's card to navigate and understand the different when i'm looking at 'Journal" vs "recents". I don't really understand the difference or why its parsed out like that.

Also, I treid answering calls (or placing calls) directly in the app and it just doesn't seem as seemless as answering a call directly from my phone. I tried answering calls from the app, and a few of them dropped as soon as I answered. I don't know if this is due to having WIFI, 5G or what.....Our team is on the go, so we use our phones most of the time instead of desktop. I ended up removing the phone app as part of the call flow and have it ring as if someone is calling my phone completely. -- It seems to work just fine like this.

The Web-Page version could be improved as well, but is much easier to use than the phone app.

What do you like best about MightyCall?

I appreciate MightyCall’s quick, efficient customer support the most—they’re always responsive and helpful. Beyond that, I find the platform itself very user-friendly. It’s simple to integrate with other tools, and adding or managing team members is straightforward. Plus, the UI is clean and intuitive, which makes everyday use a breeze. What do you dislike about MightyCall?

While I’ve found MightyCall generally easy to use, I’ve noticed it’s fairly simple to inadvertently break the call flow settings without a way to lock or safeguard them, requiring help from customer service to fix. MightyCall helps me streamline and manage my team’s phone communications in one easy-to-use platform. What do you like best about MightyCall?

It's an afforable VOIP system that you can use and the one thing I always look into for Tech wise is how well they know the tech and how they can communicate the knowledge they have to the users. They are able to integrate their system with an old system as we work within a health care system. I contacted mutiple times to their support and they are able to answer all of our question and even emailed us the support of what is needed to be done over the weekend even. What do you dislike about MightyCall?

I would say the support of their end is kind of hard to understand but it would help the average user. As I use to work in the Tech industry it showed some specific information that I cannot get a hold of as it requires a person to look into it for me or I would happened to stumble upon the information on my own. What do you like best about MightyCall?

The user interface is excellent - not just for those with technical skills but also for those who typically need a fair amount of help with technology. Very easy to navigate, very easy to set up call flows and setting. The intuitive interface is the best. Being able to do a 7 day trial of the product to really navigate through and see if it work even work for our process and team was a game changer. The support team has been on top of it, I've actually spoken with the same person multiple times instead of being bounced to a new person with every interaction (like other experiences). What do you dislike about MightyCall?

There isn't anything I dislike at this moment. The cost is more than we've spent elsewhere (after the promotion ends) but it is so much more worth it for the reliability, usability, and customization ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MightyCall solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our clients receive services by first calling our main number and leaving a voicemail. We utilize volunteers to help us respond to those voicemails - each is assigned to a different day, so having a central source for those voicemails, easy navigation of the system and easy ability to respond - not to mention they're all using different operating systems and devices. It has to work seemlessly. On top of that, we use Salesforce to manage our clients and the information we need to respond to them with. Having MightyCall directly integrate with Salesforce and the set up to do that was so wonderfully laid out in their documentation just makes me love the software even more. What do you like best about MightyCall?

Mightycall has many features that I love! Some things that I like best are 1) the texting feature 2) how friendly and easy the app is to navigate and use 3) that I can have the option to call from my web browser if I prefer AND receive calls through the web too! Any time I have had any issues customer support chat resolves my issues within minutes! I appreciate that MightyCall has frequent updates to ensure the best usage. I use MightyCall every single day and it has made having a "work number" on my personal phone such an easy process and not at all a nuisance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MightyCall?

We have many staff members that aren't sitting at a desk for their work day so they need to be able to answer a call anytime while in the field, MightyCall allows us to have calls directed to a specific team or person. What do you like best about MightyCall?

Ease of use, calls can be routed to existing phones. Calls can be made via the web app, which is helpful to avoid the requirements of SIP solutions that can sometimes be cumbersome to set up for the end users.

On the sales side, some competitors have integrations with a more polished execution.

Hubspot integration could go a bit deeper to share data back to Hubspot.

Having phone numbers to receive business phone calls that would be typically tied to a physical location in multiple countries.

What do you like best about MightyCall?

I like the flexibility between the web phone and the mobile phone use - this makes it very convenient to make calls when I am at my laptop and also to receive calls to my mobile phone when on the go. I also appreciate the call recordings and notes option. The customer support is fantastic - when needing to update recordings or having issues with our account, their team responds very promptly. What do you like best about MightyCall?

I signed up to use one of MightyCall's plan. It was easy to implement, integrate and use. When I had call flow questions, I found that Customer Support was very responsive and they solved the challenge. MightyCall offers a lot of features at a competitive rate.
