Lofty is hands down one of the best tools I’ve used for my business. It’s a legit one-stop-shop that makes everything so much easier. I can set up nurture campaigns for past clients, automate things like mailing out cards based on the campaign, and keep all my social media accounts connected in one place. The social studio, ad tools, and lead farming options? Total game-changers. Plus, their customer support is absolutely amazing—they’re always quick to help and genuinely care about making sure you’re set up for success. And what really takes Lofty to the next level is how well it integrates with other platforms. It’s seamless—everything just works together. Honestly, the only thing that I currently don't like about Lofty is that the Home Report feature doesn't allow for editing property details. If my clients were to do any updates, renovations, etc. I want to be able to make adjustments so that the value would accurately reflect the condition of their home. The website is easy to configure and personalize, and the CRM is generally good. Lofty has done a good job of adding "out of the box" features that were once paid add-ons. There are still a ton of paid add-ons for features that not every agent needs to take advantage of, but the agents that do still have the option to pay for them as needed. Once you understand the logic behind the system, everything makes sense and is easy to use. Support is quite good as well, and they are generally available live during US business hours. There is a steep learning curve for many things. Things that I would think would be straightforward take several clicks and multiple screens to access, or you have to get lost to find them. Once you find them though, they are easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are so many things, first, the AI has been awesome I love how it's getting better the more I use it. the property tracking auto-updates for clients is a time-saver. The ease of creating landing pages is one of my favorites. The fact that the agents and I can market their property from one spot is so helpful. The more I use it the more I learn. As new agents are on board the sign-in and training make implementing lofty great. When I have an issue which isn't very often customer service has been rock solf at getting me answers. The system can be overwhelming, and only because there is so much at your fingertips, it's hard to take it all in. The only negative I have is the blog for the website. It could be I am missing something, but I have not found it easy to use. Other than that, the AI could be a little better on it follow-up, but that could just be a personal preference. I love the lead generation and the SEO tools built in. The ability to create a solid Hot, Warm, and Cold list, as well as contact multiple buyers/sellers at a time is great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The endless capabilities. There is literally so much you can do and they are always adding more! There's no need to have a separate website and CRM provider while sending properties on a 3rd platform. You can now do it all in one spot and it's super user friendly! You can make it as simple or complicated as you want. It's very easy to implement from day 1 and it's easy to integrate dozens of other apps that you're probably already using. Chime was recommended to me through one of my real estate groups and I'm glad I gave it a try. It makes my job so much easier keeping up with my clients and the various phases of the home buying/selling process they are in. My favorite features are the checklists and the transaction tracking. customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are not a big company with a dedicated trainer you will be lost. It's probably the best system with the most options and abilities, but the customer service is one of the WORST. Our website hasn't displayed open houses for well over 10 months and I swear no one gives a crap. We just keep getting shoved to the back of the pile so to speak and each time I reach out I have to send the same information I already sent and blah blah blah....
