It has the ability to solve a lot of issues that many of the small and large businesses face nowadays.The amount of time it will take for integarting the bot will be low as comapred to other CAI platforms. The only I disliked is the version change from XO10 to XO11. Yes there are some bright sides like deb log updation and all that but however the basic build phse got complicated using XO11. in kore.ai, i like the design of the UI where developers can effortlessly do the configurations. The craziest thing i like in kore.ai's products is XO platform, i like the feature of entity extraction, when a user enters a utterance it can identify the entities , that gives the user a good satisfaction because normal chatbots will ask the same questions even you mentioned all the details in the utterance.
