I love that it reminds me when there is a charge and that I can simptake a picture of a receipt and then easier find and upload it when I do my expenses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to submit expense reports and managers get notifications when expenses are ready to approve. Fairly straightforward to use as an administrator. Integrates with Sage Intacct. 1. Recently stopped differentiating between corporate card spend and personal card spend needing reimbursement. This is more complicated when we are pulling reports to figure out who is using the corporate cards vs. personal cards.
2. When someone leaves the company, their unapproved expenses just hang out in limbo. If an approver leaves, the expenses they were assigned to approve stay unapproved until their employees are reassigned to another approver. The employee then has to remember to resubmit the expenses to the new approver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Till the date I have used the Emburse Abacus i didn't have any complaint with it and I am sure that it will continue that in the future as well. But for now i can't think of anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Emburse Abacus is easy to use for creating and submitting the expense reports on daily basis .All the data reports are generated on real time basis which I can easily import and export Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As per my observation i have not found any issues while using Emburse Abacus and the backend team working solve each and every problems of the customer in a short period of time with fast response Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
