There are a number of benefits to the Close platform, but namely; the seamless intergration with other systems and platforms, the 'smart email' monitoring that automatically collates emails from clients directly into their client record, the autonomous functions for email scheduling and follow-ups, and the 'smart search' function which allows you to narrow down a list of prospects by using a plethora of intelligent filters. For a start-up or very small company, less than five employees, it can be costly to purchase anything more than the basic package. That said, the pricing is still considerably more favourable than competitors such as HubSpot etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First and foremost i love their powerdialer and overall telemarketing feature. In my opinion close is the best CRM in this department, adding to this is the easy customizability which enabled us to fit it exactly to our needs. To this date we were so far able to integrate it with every other software and even our offline touchpoints are now in close.
We use it daily and if we ever encountered a problem the customer support team quickly came up with solution to our Problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love some more native integration with other common sales channels, for example LinkedIn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I love most about Close is its intuitive and user-friendly interface. All important tasks are visible at a glance, making workflow management significantly easier. I especially appreciate the automatic reminders that notify me five minutes before each follow-up, ensuring I never miss an important lead.
Another standout feature is the seamless email integration. Sending emails to prospects is incredibly simple, and the ability to save templates and send them with just a few clicks saves valuable time.
What impresses me the most is the number of calls I can make in a day. Since using Close, my call volume has skyrocketed – it’s absolutely amazing!
Additionally, implementing Close into my daily workflow was incredibly smooth. The platform seamlessly integrates with other tools, making my workflow even more efficient. The ease of implementation is outstanding – even without extensive technical knowledge, Close can be set up and integrated into existing processes effortlessly.
On top of that, the Close support team deserves high praise. Whenever I have a question, I receive a prompt and helpful response, highlighting their excellent customer service.
Final verdict: Close has taken my productivity to the next level – a clear recommendation from me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What don’t I like about Close? Honestly, nothing comes to mind. The platform meets all my expectations – a clear recommendation from me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Close for about 10 months now in Sales. Like any software in the world, issues can arise, but what I can say is that the level of support has been excellent in such situations!
- The in-tool reporting is smooth & immediate,
- I always got fast answers by email and direct contact with the support team,
- Additionally, my company also has an account manager at Close, in case of bigger issues/escalations.
> At all times, we know we won't be left hanging which is very reassuring.
All of the above is also complemented by banners effectively visible on the software itself, whenever an issue is more globalised and worked on - here again, communication is key and if we know, it is already reassuring to read they're on it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More visibility on the leads from the tasks pannel, directly from the inbox, would an amazing improvement. Even better if it allows us to filter/order, so we can give priority to some tasks over others without having to enter the lead itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Close CRM has been an outstanding tool for our sales operations. As a sales development manager, my team is responsible of managing every lead that comes from our marketing efforts and Close CRM has helped us streamline this process to a point of maximum efficiency. The integration to our lead gen softwares and the user friendly interface have allowed us to reach new highs in our business. We can stay organized, efficient and proactive with all our sales related acitivities. I would personally recommend this CRM to any business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can take a bit of time to set up smart views initially, once configured, they’re incredibly effective and worth the effort Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I started with Close a couple weeks ago and this is genuinly the best CRM I've ever tried. I'm in the real estate wholesaling industry and came from using Podio which is extremely customizeable but required me to hire a developer anytime I needed change and was slow and looked cluttered. Then I also used REsimply, which gave me the simplicity I was looking for, but it didn't allow me to customize it at all and it was 5-10x more expensive. Close is the best of all worlds. Unless you pay for the upgraded service, it would be nice to have a live chat option. But considering the price I'm paying (not much) whenever I do hear back (within 24 hours), it is a comprehensive response that I don't need much back and forth on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I Record/Produce music. Close has been a game changer in that I can easily keep track of all of my conversations with literally hundreds of potential clients and automate reminders to follow up with them ensuring that I stay top of mind. Freeing up my brain and easing my anxiety so that I can focus on being creative. I use it literally every day.
Clients are astonished when I remember their birthdays, family members, and all of the details about projects that they themselves forgot about.
The GUI is incredibly intuitive and the workflow of it, IMHO, is far superior to any other CRMs. Even ones at much higher price points. I am a small business and the price/features of Close give me the exact tools I need without paying an arm and a leg for more expensive CRMs that give me a ton of features I will never need. It's the perfect balance of a CRM with incredible customer support as well.
Close has easily helped me double my income since I implemented it. It's one of those things where I have no idea how I used to live without. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I tried to think really hard, but I honestly don't have any complaints about Close. They continue to do updates and bug fixes and their customer support is alway quick, friendly and any issues I have are quickly solved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Close is my favorite CRM. I've been in sales for many years, and I've used everything, but Close is the best. It's easy to use, I love the powerdialer (great if you have a lot of leads you need to reach!), I love how easy it is to input notes, how organized it is and I love how easy it is to make customized lists to better organize cilents. Sometimes it's tricky to merge leads, for whatever reason our leads sometimes come in twice (they might have booked months ago and again more recently) and it could be nice if merging them didn't delete everything from one (it's easy to accidentally delete the wrong one, too). That isn't really a big issue, though, I'm just nit-picking because Close is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When it comes to a CRM that helps you manage the sales cycle as a small or medium-sized business, I've not encountered a better system out there. We've tried scores of them over the years including Salesforce (which was massive overkill for what we needed).
What we've liked best about Close is that it knows what it is and what it is not. We've been on the platform for over 7 years and have worked with them through many iterations of the software and every feature release has been intentional and valuable for our team.
It integrates seemlessly with our email (Google Enterprise) and we've been able to use their API to integrate with all other platforms necessary along the way. It has extremely powerful reporting, workflows, smart views, task management, pipeline management and more. It's very easy to train new team members how to use it and it gives a magnificent timeline of clients and their interactions with our team.
The Smart Views are probably one of the most valuable features we use with the system as they allow us to ensure that no lead or opportunities get left behind and it makes it easy for sales managers to quickly identify who on the team is behind on their client or prospect communications or follow ups.
The integrated dialer and phone system along with call recording and AI summaries cuts down on the need for the reps to take detailed notes and allows them to more quickly move on to more dollar productive activities.
Their recent mobile app release was something we had been asking for for years and it was a very welcomed addition to the tool as we have a remote sales force.
Lastly, it's very fast to use. Salesforce (and many others) require too many steps to perform basic activities and the platforms can be slow to load and work in. Close is FAST. Everything is easy to get to and things just load quickly. Our team loves that aspect of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Because Close is a sales CRM, you will need separate systems for marketing and fulfillment which means that you will need to have someone on the team versed in systems integrations and who can help maintain clean data between all of your systems. This has gotten so much easier with Close than when we first started with the platform. We had to do a lot of data clean up at times while we figured out how to best manage the synchronization between the different systems.
If you know this going into it, you can prepare in advance to make sure that you've thought through the different triggers in each system that need to fire off updates into Close and from Close into those systems. A great example is when a client's information is updated in a fulfillment system or a marketing system, you need to ensure that Close gets the update rather than a duplicate record getting created or it not getting updated at all.
This also means you need to figure out what information your sales team needs to know about your product or service delivery and make sure that information is fed back into Close so that you don't have information silos that keep sales people in the dark. Again, this can all be managed with proper planning but you need to be aware of it.
The one other thing that took us some time to figure out initially is the way the structure the system around Leads and Contacts. We are more of a B2C operation so the Lead is typically the Contact (but not always). So this created some issues at first because Leads have a one-to-many relationship with Contacts. Meaning, they assumption is that the Lead is a company and the Contacts are those contacts at the Company (Lead) that you interface with. Not the end of the world but certainly something you need to account for if you're working with B2C and B2B like we sometimes do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We’ve been using Close.com for a over one year now, and overall, it’s been a very solid CRM for managing our sales pipeline. The setup was relatively straightforward, and the interface is user-friendly, which made onboarding our team easier than expected.
One thing we really appreciate is the integrated email and call tracking—it saves time and keeps everything in one place. Close has definitely helped us stay organized and focused on follow-ups, which has been a game-changer for our sales process. If you’re looking for a CRM that emphasizes simplicity and productivity, it’s worth considering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Workflow feature is currently a bit limited overall compared to HubSpot or other CRMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a finance manager at a fast-paced business, I’ve worked with several CRMs, but Close stands out as the most intuitive and effective for small teams that need to move quickly.
I love it because: Unlike clunky CRMs that require hours of setup, Close is refreshingly simple. The interface is clean, and new users can get up to speed in no time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Close is incredibly easy to use, it doesn’t offer the deep customization options that some larger CRMs provide. If your business has highly specific workflows, you might find it a bit restrictive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
