Support is awful. No phone number to call. You email and at the companies convenience, not the clients they email you back. I try to set up a scheduled call a day after I needed to speak to somebody and I was on another call so i missed the meeting, further proving my point that customer service is not good and not at my the client's convenience. Tech companies don't believe in phone support and its insanely frustrating. Not good. The advertised plans make it seem like all these features are included. They are not. It is misleading. I have no idea how billing works with text and phone features. My invoices and receipts are not itemized and Im given articles to do my own research and try to figure out. Not happy at all. I am committed to the software at this point. So I use Grok AI to give me instructions on how to do things in Close. I have to go to a third party solution for help. AI is not always helpful either.
