The integration with our Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure DevOps and Power BI, is seamless, and I value the automated feedback loop it creates for our engineering team. Additionally, I find the initial setup for basic feedback fast and the investment in configuring SSO and API with Azure AD worthwhile for its automation capabilities.
