We have the flexibility to set up backup notifications for different types of alerts, including success, failure, and warnings. Datto provides excellent support via email and phone whenever we need assistance. The reporting feature is robust, allowing MSP clients to efficiently manage multiple clients through a single dashboard. Integration with tools like AutoTask, Datto RMM, or ConnectWise is seamless and straightforward, making it easy to incorporate Datto into existing workflows and systems. I utilize Datto on a daily basis for my backup needs.
