I find Hone's training sessions on effective communications the most valuable. During the sessions, there are breakout rooms where other participants share their experiences and takeaways, providing different opinions and insights on the same subject. I like the flexibility of choosing the sessions I enroll in, as there are multiple sessions available for the same training topics. This allows me to choose a session that best fits my schedule.

I like that the instructors are engaging! I love the group aspects of it as well where you can discuss with others to get ideas and work through scenarios.

I like that they provide a mental framework for doing reviews and structuring teams, which makes our organization more structurally sound. Each class includes coursework that helps with preparation, along with real-world examples discussed with other attendees, which I find very useful for practice. The concept of setting follow-through goals is great as it keeps you honest and encourages acting on what you've learned. I particularly like the classes that involve different organizations, where I get to interface with folks in slightly different but related situations, offering different perspectives, which is really nice.
