Our employees enjoy utililzing the classes and the admin portal provides us with sufficient data. They are truly customer-centric and effective at listening, assisting, and we enjoy our partnership. The two best components when using Hone as a vendor and a product are the customer service and the accessibility. The customer service at Hone is exceptional. With responses within one-business day and tailored responses to very specific asks, you can find nothing better than their customer service team. As for their product, the Hone dashboard and the vast options for asynchronous learning experiences provide optimal avenues to users to freely find courses at their moment of need.
