The breakout sessions were excellent. Being put into separate rooms encouraged peer-to-peer sharing and gave us a great opportunity to apply the leadership concepts we learned.

I find the material available during the session of each class to be the most valuable. Apart from that, I appreciate the larger group sessions as they allow for interaction. The exercises and material provided by Hone's educators have helped me the most, even more than reaching milestones. I also like that Hone can create a calendar meeting directly on my professional account, which helps me stay up to date.

I love that Hone helps me learn to be a better leader by teaching me how to prioritize tasks and have hard conversations. I appreciate the helpful insights on functioning as a woman in leadership and integrating AI use in the workplace. I really value the Zoom classes offered by Hone, especially the format and the engaging instructors who provide slide decks/pdfs to all participants and actively engage with the chat. I also like the wide variety of classes offered by Hone, even though I wish some were available more frequently.
