Great Customer Support and Easy to Navigate

Enthu.ai is easy to use and a great tool used to summarize interactions. The training and onboarding process that I was provided by Tushar was easy to follow along. This product has made it easier to see an overall performance of my team. The transcripts and ability to search keywords has been very useful when providing feedback and coaching my team. Enthu.ai customer support is outstanding. If I have a question or concern, I receive a response almost immediately. I am excited to use all the features Enthi.ai has to offer.

Integration with our telephony took just a minute. We could start using Enthu right on day 1. The entire program is quite intuitive and simple to use, and doesn’t need extensive training. Checking calls for quality, especially in a regulated industry like ours, is always a challenge but ENthu makes it a breeze. The support is exceptional. They have been closely involved in the setup and beyond, making sure we extract value from the program.
