The UI is clean and fresh, you can pick up the product in a few hours. Unlike our previous speech partner that took 6 months to configure. Low implementation costs and good value on a monthly agent subscription fee Transcription is the best i;ve worked with and really quick to start gaining insight and results from agent feedback. The team are attentive and passionate about delivering a good service, they also are willing to take ideas and implement the product from users experience Highly recommend to any Contact centre of telephony sales team !
