"Each agent in my team makes almost 1000 calls a month and we used to listen to only a handful of calls earlier due to shortage of time. Enthu gives my supervisors 100% visibility of my calling team and the levels of quality that they are maintaining. Enthu also saves a lot of time for us. My quality folks evaluate more conversations at the same time while I occasionally pitch in whenever I spot an opportunity. That too without listening to even a single minute, thanks to the AI-generated call summaries and moments that we get on our dashboard."
