Easy to share with PM's or Principals for invoice review. Most items can be found in one place, it is nice to be able to look back at older invocing. Links work great to see what is currently or previously billed or tagged to a Project

1. It requires more involvement for the PM. At our firm, in the past, the Project Accountant drove the billing meetings. Now the PMs are driving. 2. The PMs love all the project detail that is at their finger tips. 3. E.I. is moving the whole process along faster. 4. The PAs love the packaging. 5. PAs love that they can add documents such as Purchase Orders to packaging that shows up every month that they are required to give to the client. 6. The ease of reviewing Expenses and Consultant invoices from PAT and Chrome River that are processed in Vision. 7. PAs love the ability to save the % complete values back to Vision and no longer have to manually add these items to Vision. Big time saver.
