Electronic Invoicing allows our PMs to review invoices quickly and efficiently.

|EleVia Electronic Invoicing
The Project Grid allows PM's and Billers to know at a glance where all projects are at in the process to aid in a quick and effient review by PM's. Billers can easily see when PM's have finished their review and can finalize invoices with ease. Working with EleVia is easy and they are always there to support you as updates or enhancements are needed.

Reduced WIP Days

Electronic Invoiving helps keep everything organized and on track. The result of migrating from our old paper based system to EI has resulted in time savings, paper savings, and most importantly, a reduction in WIP days.

Electronic Invoicing is a good solution for processing invoices

|EleVia Electronic Invoicing
Ease of use and the ability for our PMs and OMs to see all the invoices they need to view and approve in one grid. It is easy, efficient and a great tool for getting invoice processing and review/approvals done much faster than we could before we implemented EI.
