EI is a great tool for invoice approvals and tracking

Being able to track the stages of each invoice and using the tools for creating the invoice package, which can be emailed directly from the system to clients. I also like the automated email notifications that prompt each user they have an action to take. I also appreciate all the ways to filter the page, download, and customize for your own use.

Electronic Invoicing has great customization!

|EleVia Electronic Invoicing
We were able to customize the columns, stages, workflows. It allowed us to fit the software to our ideal process rather than the other way around. Additionally, the software consolidates all of the necessary information in one place rather than having to review several different reports during the billing process. We also love the Final Packaging capabilities as it makes it easy to adjust what information a client receives at the click of a button.
