It makes it really easy to clean our data at scale, the built-in options for this are limited for salesforce, so it's great to have a tool that takes care of everything that we've been wanting.

Human interaction. DataGroomr team has always been available to follow up with us as we were learning the tool. Their technical team has walked us through setting up things in our org and were able to help us understand what pre existed before I took over. The functionality of the tool is intuitive and many things can be setup with point and click administration. The scalability of the Product is also something that as we've used it we've seen better use cases for within our business.

The tool is very powerful and has a range of complexity. You can use pre-built pieces to get started cleaning your data quickly, but there are also advanced tools for complex queries. The onboarding was quick and the customer service has been very good.
