The product is easy to use. You can make the filters as simple or complex. It gives the ability to clean your data in steps.

DataGroomr is a phenomenal product. I primarily use this tool for doing mass updates in CRM. Building rules is pretty straightforward. I would recommend this product to those that need a data management tool.

DataGroomr has a fun, user friendly UI allowing us to create fairly complex rules for our data deduping. It can also traverse across object relationships which is something other deduping tools cannot do. The customer support has been great too.
