One of the best things about Brevo is that I don't have to pay to store my contacts. I only pay for the amount of emails I send. This makes it convenient to not worry about storage space/limits. I also really love the feature where I can send out emails over a period of time rather than all at once. This makes building segments less work because I don't have to worry about size or sending multiple copies of the same email template. It's very easy to use and only took a few brief training sessions to get my team ready. Now they comfortably work in Brevo daily.
