What do you like best about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

What I particularly like about Brevo is that I can use it easily and intuitively. Marketing automations are created very quickly. The editor can be easily operated via drag and drop. This way, I can see at a glance what is set up. I have been using Brevo for years now and am still very satisfied.

I especially like that Brevo is list-based. This is very logical for me and helps me to sort my subscribers sensibly.

Brevo can be operated flawlessly. The speed is ideal and there are virtually no outages. Whenever I have needed help from support so far, I have received direct help within a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brevo Customer Data Platform?

In fact, Brevo integrates extremely well into my workflow. I can't think of anything I really dislike. Since I have now set up some automations, I would find it helpful to be able to sort automations into folders as well. Just like I can sort the lists into folders.
