Powerful Customization, But Mixed Data Reliability

I appreciate the ability to customize emails and set automation sequences with Brevo Marketing Platform. I also like seeing history related to specific contacts and being able to send emails to segmented lists based on our data, rather than to everyone. It’s really useful for our email marketing campaigns as it allows us to increase activation and engagement among users who have signed up for our platform. I also enjoy that multiple users on our team can access and work together.

Great Fit for a Small Shop: Solid Free Plan, Easy Unsubscribes, and Canva Integration

We're not regular users; we are a little shop, usually using the email campaign part once a year. We started to think about using it more to increase our interaction with our customers by sending newsletters. After a while on it, we start to understand how to use it (even if I think it's not really instinctive- it's sometimes difficult for us to understand how it works but we're still practicing) and it's comfortable to let Brevo manage the unsubscribe. We appreciate connecting Canva to it; it's pretty interesting for us, but for now we didn't try any other integration. I have nothing to say about performance; it's going well. We don't have a big use, so the performance is good for us. We are on FreePlan; it's enough for us. Like I said, it's a really little company. We appreciate the possibility to buy SMS credit. It's the only part of our purchase; it's good that we can buy only what we need. To use the sms campaign we asked for help about it, the person who answered us was clear we understood. I did't know a training part exist I will have a look. We didn't use the AI features. I can't talk about it.
