Widen's customer service is of the highest standard. The platform provides excellent reporting capabilities and the ability to store data in multiple file types (support for various file formats). Other managers and I can configure permissions to safeguard assets. The site is accessible via a standard Internet browser so that you can use it from any device. Adding tags, groups and labels saved much time searching for the desired asset.

DAM that saved us hours per day.

|Acquia DAM (Widen)
The ability to customize Widen to my specific requirements is its best quality. The dashboard, configuration, and the login page are fully customizable to the requirements of our business. You can modify metadata settings such as field types and access levels as an administrator. Once completed, the "portals" resemble advanced websites, but their development is quite simple. While we only receive the default portals, Widen gives us great flexibility to add new features. The Widen consultant did an excellent job organizing meetings, instructing my colleagues, and introducing me to the advantages of Widen Collective as a manager.
