A great tool and an excellent customer support team

|Acquia Optimize
Having never previously used software like Monsido, I've been really impressed by the different tools it provides to be able to monitor the health of my website (broken links, spelling errors etc) and then the policies it allows me to implement to support my content review process from other content editors. In particular our customer success manager, Ozair, has gone out of his way to show me how best to use these tools and how to set things up appropriately. He's technically very knowledgeable while simultaneously managing to communicate and teach without jargon.

Excellent support from the Monsido team

|Acquia Optimize
Monsido gives me a great way to check for broken links on our extensive website, and also to get an idea of any major accessibility issues. The best part though is the customer service - Raphael has been so patient and helpful when I've had questions. He has made great suggestions, walked me through different features, and solved problems, always with a smile and the friendliest of manner.
